Statements, entity docs, tax docs, checks, old applications, processor statements, or deal notes.
Docs2App · Smart Intake Assistant
Upload the documents. Review the application.
Most funding files start messy. Bank statements, entity docs, old applications, processor statements, tax docs, screenshots. That should not stop the review.
Docs2App is built to read what the client already has, organize the file, fill what it can, and show what still needs a human answer.
This MVP demo labels files in the browser. Nothing is submitted automatically, and the client stays in control.
Upload what you have.
This first version labels the files, shows what looks missing, and creates the review experience. The next layer is server-side extraction into the full application.
- Works with multiple files at once
- Labels common funding documents
- Shows confidence and missing items
- Nothing leaves the browser in this demo
From document pile to clean application.
The goal is simple. Less friction for the client, a cleaner file for review, and fewer back-and-forth messages before anyone can make a decision.
Each file gets labeled, grouped, and checked against the fields needed for the funding review.
Business name, address, ownership clues, revenue clues, bank details, and entity type can be pulled where possible.
Missing or uncertain items are highlighted. The client fixes anything wrong and fills in what the documents could not answer.
A better way to start a funding file.
Here’s the thing. Most clients are not trying to be difficult. They just do not know what a funder needs, what each document is called, or which fields matter. Docs2App meets them where they are.
What the assistant should recognize.
Start with the highest-value documents first. Then add deeper extraction once the flow is working.
Docs2App turns the intake into the easy part.
Upload what you have. Review what it finds. Fill in the blanks. Submit when ready.
